For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the art of transformation—whether it’s curating unforgettable events, crafting the perfect makeup look for a special moment, or helping people step into their dream careers with confidence. Over the years, I’ve reflected on how I could integrate my years of experience styling and executing events, a 20+ year career in human resources & talent acquisition, my craft as a professional makeup artist, and my deep passion for details—all of which were ignited through my own journey to the altar. Following my faith, the answer became clear—creating our planning & design studio, a space where intentional design meets personal storytelling, and every celebration is elevated with purpose and artistry.
Along my path, I’ve helped thousands land dream career opportunities, shine confidently for their big days with the perfect makeup look and designed and executed events described as once-in-a-lifetime. My approach to everything is centered on being intentional and listening to people’s dreams, desires, and interests and translating them to the physical world. Regardless of the medium, I seek to empower my clients in their journeys of self-transformation, confidence, and self-expression.
Intermingling work and play—when I'm not designing events, you can find me obsessing over my furry babies, honing my golfing skills (or pretending to), relishing divine vino in Napa with my better half Reid, trying artisanal restaurants and ordering everything on the menu (yes, everything), and spending time with my favorite human in the world, my daughter Ellah.
Value-centered, heart-forward, with a refined and understated style, I know the most meaningful moments come from obsessively nailing the details. Focusing on the creative direction and styling of every event, I also know that the intimacy of an experience is born far before guests step foot in the room. It all starts with an idea, which leads to a conversation, that becomes a plan where we’ll co-create Your personal version of magic.

HEAD OF PRODUCTION
 
Trish’s passion for events was sparked at a young age, watching her mother and grandmother craft unforgettable gatherings that left guests talking for days. As she grew older, Trish saw that curating a remarkable event was akin to creating a work of art, and her passion for event producing was born.
With years of experience under her belt, Trish has executed everything from large-scale corporate and brand events to intimate fashion shows and influencer meet-and-greets that drew thousands of fans. What sets her apart is her attention to detail and ability to execute with precision, making every event feel seamless. A natural problem solver, Trish exudes calm confidence, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
In 2022, Trish expanded her love of events by launching House of Fleurish, a floral design company that reflects her eye for beauty and her flair for the creative.

TAYLOR RUSH
PROJECT MANAGER
 
Taylor joined Leilani Donnan Events as a Special Projects Manager in the winter of 2021. Following her passion for bridal fashion, Taylor sought to get to know the industry on a deeper level, which led her to Leilani Donnan Events.
Taylor’s combination of innate talent, experience, and hustler’s mentality quickly made her an invaluable member of the team. Combining her master’s degree in Digital Audience Strategy, experience working for high impact brands like Meta/Facebook and Apple, and her ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, she plays an instrumental role in the magic we co-create with our clients.
Taylor is currently utilizing her countless gifts to lead social media marketing initiatives, and event projects.

ROBYN MATEO
BRAND COORDINATOR
 
Robyn joined Leilani Donnan Events as a vital force in the team’s administrative and operational foundation. With a sharp analytical mind and a keen eye for efficiency, she ensures behind-the-scenes administrative projects run seamlessly. A recent graduate of San Jose State University, she brings a strong background in business strategy, marketing, and organizational management—skills that directly support the brand’s event admin operations. As a key pillar of the team’s administrative structure, Robyn streamlines essential processes, maintaining organization and efficiency.
Outside of events, Robyn has a passion for curating unique finds from secondhand markets, revitalizing pieces through online platforms and pop-up shops. Her meticulous attention to detail seamlessly translates into her administrative and marketing work, bringing both precision and thoughtful organization to every project.
